Computer Diagnostics
- As long as you are a previous customer, all Diagnostic charges are on the house.
Flat Fee PC Repair $80
- This service includes, diagnostics, Adware, Spyware, Virus and Trojan Removal, and a PC Tuneup. We are extremely thorough, and work very hard to remove all malware without resorting to formatting your computer.
Diagnosis $45
- Hardware Testing, and evaluation will provide a diagnostic as to the current condition of your laptop, estimated life expectancy and cost benefit analysis as to whether or not other services are warranted. This is for stripping down a laptop to diagnose hardware faults. It does not include checking hard drives or Ram if they are accessible from the back cover.
Laptop Hard Drive Replacement starting from $180
- Includes cloning your Operating System and Files to the new drive. If the Old drive is full and we are cloning to a smaller drive additional charges will apply.
Laptop Hardware Repair $40 exc diagnosis
- This is a per component fee for hardware replacement excluding Hard Drives. Hardware Costs are extra.
Software installation $15 per program
- If you are unsure about a program or not quite sure as to how to set it up and require assistance we can install the software for you.
On-Site Service $80p/hr
- We will come to your location to attempt to fix your Computer. If we are unable to fix the problem in 1 hour, we will bring the computer back on-site for further diagnostics and testing.
Data Recovery $45 Diagnosis / Recovery from $80
- It depends on how damaged your hard drive is as to whether we can successfully retrieve your data from it. It can be time consuming and every care is taken to keep the drive intact as much as possible. If we do recover the data for you the diagnosis fee will be subtracted from the final invoice.
Clean Operating System Install $50
- Just need Windows re-installed but already have all your data. We will put a fresh copy of Windows on your computer and install all of your drivers. If you are thinking of reselling your PC let us perform a military wipe of your hard drive so the data remains protected. We can perform a military wipe of the drive for $30 extra.
Wireless Network Setup and configuration $120
- We will securely install and configure your wireless network (up to 2 devices). Additional configuration fee for additional devices is $10.
LCD Screen Replacement $100 + Parts
- LCD screen replacement requires the laptop to be pulled apart so that it can be replaced. As all the plastics require removing it can take some time due to the care that is given in ensuring that the parts are not damaged.
LED Screen Replacement $80 + Parts
- Generally this is a lot easier than LCD screen replacement, however care must be taken to ensure the plastics are not damaged.
